2. Product Information & Pricing
Availability & Specifications: Product details, pack sizes, ingredients, and shelf life are specified on individual product pages. We reserve the right to limit quantities or modify product offerings without prior notice.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Ordering & Payment
Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time for reasons including stock availability or delivery limitations.
Payment Gateways: Payments must be made via our authorized online payment gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking). Orders will only be processed upon successful payment authorization.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Frozen RTC Products: Items requiring temperature control (e.g., Ukadiche Modak, Batata Vada) are shipped using specialized cold-chain packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive frozen shipments promptly.
Storage Upon Receipt: Customers must follow product storage instructions immediately upon delivery (e.g., storing frozen goods at -18°C or below, and dry goods in a cool, dry place).
Delivery Timelines: While we aim for prompt fulfillment, delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to logistics constraints, weather, or location accessibility.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Perishable Food Items: Due to safety, hygiene, and freshness standards, food items (including frozen RTC delicacies, agro products, and baked goods) are non-returnable once dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defrosted, or incorrect product, you must notify customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs/video proof at support@lazeezlyfe.com. Eligible claims will be resolved via replacement or refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including brand logos, text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, and layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of Alvino Distributors Pvt. Ltd.
Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any website content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alvino Distributors Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website usage, shipping delays, or improper post-delivery storage of perishable products by the customer.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
